Prep

Once we're officially booked, we kick off an exciting journey together! First up? A bit of fun homework. We’ll kick things off with a guided brand questionnaire - simple, but powerful, to help me understand your audience, values, and vibe.
Day 01.

From there, I’ll create 2–3 visual directions based on your provided homework. You'll be presented with two moodboards so that we can make sure we're on the same page regarding the aesthetic.
Day 02.

Now that we've locked in the design direction, it's time to dive into the fun part—the design phase! I'll be brainstorming logo ideas and sketching out concepts until we find the perfect match for your brand. You'll get to weigh in too, as I present you with 2-3 logo options to choose from. It's all about finding that sweet spot where your brand truly shines!
Day 03.

Today's the big day—it's our live Design Intensive Session! We'll jump on a call together, review all the concepts, and pick the winning direction. If we need to make any adjustments on the spot, we'll do it live. During our (up to 2-hour) call, you can request as many changes as you like until we get it just right. Once you're head over heels with the design, we'll create supporting logo variations and finalize the color palette. It's all about making sure your brand looks and feels exactly as you envision!
Day 04.

We've received the final approval, so now it's time to get all the files ready for you. Sit back, relax, and wait for the final delivery to arrive!
Day 05.

We'll prepare a mini brand style guide for you, that includes all of your logos, color codes and font styling, making sure you can confidently use all your new brand elements. You'll receive a link to a shared Google Drive Folder with all of your deliverables. And guess what? We're throwing in some snazzy mockups of your branding too, so you can proudly show it off on socials.

To Answer Your Questions:

Yes, of course! Years of experience enable our process to be fast, but that does not mean the quality will be compromised in any way! You’ll be walking away with a design that is unique to you and your business.
Of course we don’t expect you to be glued to your email, but we’d love for you to be available for any questions or updates throughout the day. Normally we hop on a 1 or 2 hour long call to discuss the main design and make any bigger adjustments, the rest of the tweaks can be communicated through email/text.
If at the end of the dedicated 5 day service you’d like more collateral pieces, or additional changes to the designs, you can al ays add on an extra Studio Day (500EUR) depending on your needs.
